Anolis carolinensis

An improved genome assembly for Anolis carolinensis

Anolis carolinensis is an important model for studying squamate evolution and was the first non-avian reptile genome sequenced. We provide an improved assembly for Anolis carolinensis constructed using PacBio HiFi long-reads, optical maps, and HiC.
