KPC Enterobacteriacae

Carbapenem resistance in Enterobacteriacae is increasingly due to the presence of the KPC beta-lactamase, which can be transferred on several different plasmids. The project is designed to better understand the spread of the blaKPC gene and the genetic backgrounds in which it is carried.
