3 additional projects are components of the HCMV epigenome and transcriptome during early lytic infection.
Purpose: to investigate expression of HCMV and cellular RNAs at early times post-infection in a lytic model
Overall design: MRC5 cells were infected with the TB40/E wtGFP strain of HCMV. Cells were cultured for 24 hours, and then processed for RNAseq analysis.
