Transcriptome profiles of antibody-producing CHO cells across different amplification strategies (Chinese hamster)

See Genome Information for Cricetulus griseus
The mechanism of action behind the increased secretion capacity of the amplified progeny of CHO cells is investigated in this study through comparative transcriptomic analysis Overall design: The amplified DG-44 CHO cells, taken at both exponential and stationary growth phase were compared to non-amplified CHO DG-44 cells. Non-producing CHO-S samples were used as negative controls.
