Establishment and characterization of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated Merlin/NF2 knockout human mesothelial cell line Met-5A (human)

See Genome Information for Homo sapiens
To investigate the effect of NF2 on gene expression, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling using MeT-5A cells. Overall design: The MeT-5A cells were plated at 80% confluence and cultured for 24 hours in vitro.
