To investigate the relationship of small RNAs and long noncoding RNAs associated with the pollen and embryo sac development of autotetraploid and diploid (CK) rice, anthers and ovary tissues during meiosis were selected to construct 12 libraries and sequenced by Solexa high-throughput sequencing technology.
