The goal of the current study is to define the contribution of IkBzeta (Nfkbiz) to the transcriptional program ellicited by oncogenic v-RASHa in mouse primary keratinocytes In this dataset we provide gene expression data from primary mouse keratinocytes in culture. Overall design: 8 samples corresponding to 2 experimental conditions
