Gene expression analysis of spontenously immortalized mouse submandibular salivary gland epithelial cells grown in culture at different passages and in different media conditions Overall design: Submandibular salivary gland epithelial cells isolated from adult, (12 week old) C57BL/6 mice were spontaneously immortalized in culture, and RNA was isolated and analyzed for early passage, mid passage and late passage cells Mouse oral keratinocyte cells isolated from adult, (12 week old) C57BL/6 mice were spontaneously immortalized in culture, and RNA was isolated and analyzed in triplicates
