Genome Information for Hevea brasiliensis
Our objective was to identify MeJA-responsive genes in rubber tree, emphasizing the genes involved in IPP, rubber and JA biosynthesis, and the genes in plant signal transduction and transcriptional regulation, which may shed a light on the underlying molecular mechanism of MeJA regulation of rubbe biosynthesis.
