The Broad Institute sequenced the genome of Candida tropicalis strain MYA-3404 at approximately 10X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They generated 23 chromosomal scaffolds and 1 mitochondrial scaffold. The 21 of the scaffolds are annotated.
