we identified the VvAGL sub-family genes during the seed abortion in seedless grapevine cv JingkeJing and found 40 differentially expressed VvAGL members and 1069 interacting proteins in this process Furthermore many genes in IAA ABA SA CTK and ETH pathways had a special pattern in the seed whereby we developed a regulatory network mediated by VvAGLs via responding to multihormonal crosstalk during grape seed embryo abortion Our findings provide new insights into the regulatory network of VvAGLs in multi-hormone signalling to regulate grape seed embryo abortion which could be helpful of molecular breeding of high-quality seedless grapes
