We performed targeted sequence capture and Illumina sequencing of several hundred single-copy nuclear loci for 46 species of Buddleja (Scrophulariaceae) and one species each of 4 outgroup genera: Teedia (Scrophulariaceae), Scrophularia (Scrophulariaceae), Lantana (Verbenaceae), and Parmentiera (Bignoniaceae).
