Transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) of Pleurosira laevis grown in salinities 2 and 7

We generated a de novo transcriptome of the euhaline diatom Pleurosira laevis, which exhibits different cell wall morphology at salinities of 2 and 7. The goal was to characterize the gene expression associated with the morphological response.
