We have sequenced the genomes of ash species (genus Fraxinus) from around the world, in addition to the genome sequence of Fraxinus excelsior (European ash) which can be found at PRJEB4958. Species for which we place data for here are: Fraxinus albicans, Fraxinus americana, Fraxinus angustifolia subsp. angustifolia, Fraxinus angustifolia subsp. oxycarpa, Fraxinus angustifolia subsp. syriaca, Fraxinus anomala, Fraxinus baroniana, Fraxinus cuspidata, Fraxinus dipetala, Fraxinus floribunda, Fraxinus gooddingii, Fraxinus greggii, Fraxinus griffithii, Fraxinus latifolia, Fraxinus mandshurica, Fraxinus nigra, Fraxinus ornus, Fraxinus paxiana, Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Fraxinus platypoda, Fraxinus quadrangulata, Fraxinus sieboldiana, Fraxinus velutina and Fraxinus xanthoxyloides.
