For analysis, samples were collected by dissecting male and female antennae from 1 to 5 days (each day-of-age moth weighing approximately 20 mg) and larvae heads of 1st to 5th instar stages (each instar weighing approximately 20 mg). For every sample, bio-logical triplicate duplicates were carried out.
