This project consists of a series of experiments using Oxford Nanopore adaptive sampling with carrier DNA on anonymized clinical samples positive for SARS-CoV-2 during the Omicron wave including SARS-CoV-2 recombinants. We compared different levels of sample multiplexing per flow cell and viral loads (Ct values).
