Genome Information for Citrus sinensis
The goal of this projcet is to compare the global transcriptional difference between ‘Newhall’ navel orange (WT) and its glossy bud mutant (MT) fruit peels, and then screened the differentially expressed genes (DGEs) related to wax biosynthesis and transport to explain the molecular mechanism leading to the wax composition changes in MT, and finally, got new insight into the molecular processes regulating wax biosynthesis and transport in citrus.
