These files contain illumina sequence reads using the 3' Tag-seq sequencing protocol. These sequence libraries compare whole-body gene expression from the pyrethroid susceptible Rockefeller laboratory strain of Aedes aegypti against the F2 generation of pyrethroid-resistant Aedes aegypti collected from ovitraps in Clovis, California, in the Central Valley.
