In order to investigate the mechanism, we sequenced oligodendrocyte precursor cells in three groups of culture conditions: direct contact between astrocytes and oligodendrocytes, co-culture of astrocyte supernatants with oligodendrocyte precursor cells, and separate culture of oligodendrocyte precursor cells to investigate the proliferation mechanism.
