To identify the functional differences between LR-HPV and HR-HPV Overall design: Lentiviral strategies were followed to stablish HaCaT cells with constitutive expression of HPV oncogenes, RNAseq experiments were designed to analyze the transcriptome modulations by each of E5, E6 and E7 oncogenes of HPV-16 and -84 in HaCaT cells.
