This study provides insights into the impact of different management practices on the soil microbial community in soybean and maize systems. By analyzing the composition and diversity of microbial communities , we demonstrate the crucial role of management practices in maintaining soil health. The findings highlight the potential benefits of incorporating the pasture species Urochloa brizantha as a fallow species in crop rotation, which can positively impact the microbial community and enhance soil quality.
