Mast cells link immune sensing to antigen avoidance behavior

We investigated antigen-specific avoidance behavior in mice, and found that is critically dependent on mast cells. We analyzed gene expression comparing naive versus immunized wild type mice, and versus mast cell-deficient mice at different times following antigen exposure.
