Cladorhizidae sp. individual Clado1 genome sequencing

Genome sequencing and assembly of a carnivorous, bioluminescent, undescribed cladorhizid sponge first reported in Martini, S., Schultz, D.T., Lundsten, L. and Haddock, S.H., 2020. Bioluminescence in an undescribed species of carnivorous sponge (Cladorhizidae) from the deep sea. Frontiers in Marine Science, 7, p.1041. All sequencing reads are derived from a single individual. The haplotypes were phased during assembly with hifiasm using several Hi-C libraries.
