Cryptoblepharus egeriae

Genome and transcriptome sequencing of the Christmas Island blue-tailed skink (Cryptoblepharus egeriae)

PacBio sequencing was performed on a single male Cryptoblepharus egeriae to create the first draft genome assembly for this species. mRNA sequencing of three tissues was also performed to assist with genome annotation.
