Whole genome sequencing to evaluate genome variations associated with Csa6 overexpression

In order to assess the extent of genome changes associated with CSA6 overexpression, we sequenced the genome of 4 independent cells that have undergone LOH on Ch4 either spontaneously or as the consequence of CSA6 overexpression.
