In this study, we first clipped the tail fins of adult red (R) and white (W) betta (Betta splendens), followed by 15 days of reared and then clipped the regenerated parts of the tail fins of red (RR) and white (RW) for RNA-seq.
More...In this study, we first clipped the tail fins of adult red (R) and white (W) betta (Betta splendens), followed by 15 days of reared and then clipped the regenerated parts of the tail fins of red (RR) and white (RW) for RNA-seq. These DEGs are of great significance to our understanding of the molecular mechanism of pigmentation and fin regeneration. The research results also provide a reference for further research on the study area of pigmentation and regeneration.
