This study
aimed to evaluate the role of Propionibacterium freudenreichii (PF) and
Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (FP) probiotics using azoxymethane (AOM)-induced
CRC in rats and to investigate the cytotoxic activity of these probiotics against HCT116 colorectal cancer cells as well as to study their effects on the diversity of gut microbiota
in rats.
