The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of the root pathogen Aphanomyces euteiches (oomycete, strain ATCC201684) on the legume model Medicago truncatula. Roots of a susceptible line (F83005-5) and a tolerant line (Jemalong cv A17) were inoculated (or not) with zoospores of the pathogen and samples collected at three time points.
