Scatophagus argus (Spotted scat) genome, fScaArg1, primary haplotype

See Genome Information for Scatophagus argus
The spotted scat (Scatophagus argus) is a two basic color morph fish (green or red), found from the Indo-Specific region to Australia. They are popular aquarium fish. This sample was collected by Byrappa Venkatesh, sequenced by Gene Myers group, in collaboration with Richard Durbin and Erich Jarvis, and used to generate a high-quality reference genome as part of the G10K-VGP and Fish VGP projects.
