Acidithrix sp. C25 genome

Acidithrix sp. C25 was a representative iron snow strain and studies of chemical communication and interspecies aggregation mechanism between Acidithrix sp. C25 and Acidiphilium sp. C61 were conducted. Here we sequenced the whole genome of Acidithrix sp. C25 to broaden our knowledge of its metabolic activities in iron snow microbiome.
