Within this transcriptome project we focus on cDNA sequencing of Chinese hamster ovary cell cultivated under various culture conditions to obtain a broad range of different transcripts. These conditions include sampling throughout the growth phase and growth media with different supplements. A pool of respective sequencing libraries was sequenced with Roche's Genome Analyzer FLX and Titanium chemistry. The resulting data was assembled with the Newbler Assembler software version 2.3 to 34958 contigs. Less...
