We report that knock out of all mAtg8s (HexaKO) reduced the differential gene expression 451 and upregulated the expression of 294 genes, in addition of several previous known TFEB targets
Overall design: We comapred the differential gene expression in in HeLa wild type and HeLa cells depleted for ATG3, GABARAPs ( GABARAP GABARAPL1 and GABARAPL2) and all six mAtg8s (LC3A, LC3B,LC3C, GABARAP, GABARAPL1, GABARAPL2)
