The sequencing data is from further population samples of Astatotilapia calliptera cichlids from Lake Massoko, where we had a Science paper in 2016 on speciation, and now have initial GWAS QTL results with several nominally significant results from 192 samples. We now have 336 further samples that either have been or will be phenotyped for replication and next step studies. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
