More...Genome sequencing for investigating genetic features of one female of ostrich (Struthio camelus). The library and the sequencing were made at the Plateforme de Séquençage Haut Débit I2BC (Gif-sur-Yvette 91198 France). A paired Miseq Illumina sequencing of 600-bp fragments was done with a coverage of about 10X.
