Bacteria

Whole genome sequencing of multiple bacteria isolated from eastern Antarctic desert soils using Pacbio technology.

This Bioproject comprised Pacbio RS II sequencing of genomic DNA from bacterial isolates cultured from polar desert soils of the Windmill Islands and Vestfold Hills regions of eastern Antarctica, with the primary aim of identifying secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters.
