Determination of Seed-borne Fungi in Some Medicinal and Aromatic Plant Seeds

The study helped to identify of fungi species in fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) and melissa (Melissa officinalis) seeds from plants growing area, and their pathogenicities in Tekirdag province, Turkey. Alternaria sp., and Arthrinium sp., and Epicocum sp. were grown from the melissa seeds. Cladosporium sp. was isolated from fennel seeds. Molecular analyzes of four fungus isolates were performed DNA sequences.
