Comparison of mother-daughter vaginal Lactobacillus crispatus genome sequences

To investigate the possibility of direct transmission at birth and persistence of one member of the vaginal microbiota, we generated and analyzed draft genome sequences of Lactobacillus crispatus strains isolated from a mother/daughter pair.
