Effects of N and P Addition to the Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungal Community in the Middle-High Altitude Alpine Meadow in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

By regular analyses and high-throughput sequencing (Illumina Miseq), we study the effects of three year N (0, 7.5, 15 g N m-2 year-1) and P (0, 7.5, 15 and 30 g P2O5 m-2 year-1) addition on the soil chemical properties, AMF colonization, OTU richness, diversity index and community composition.
