To characterize both the long non-coding and coding gene expression landscape in human hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), and identify lncRNAs and mRNAs differentially regulated in diseased versus normal states, we performed long non-coding and coding RNA profiling using RNA-seq in myocardial tissues from HCM patients and healthy donors.
