Genome Information for Homo sapiens
We collected primary HCC tumor and matched peritumor tissues from 10 HBV-related HCC patients to analyze the circRNA profile and its alteration in HCC through RNA-seq. A total of 92,204 circRNAs were identified in these 20 tissue samples with more than two unique back-spliced reads, of which 42 circRNAs were dysregulated in all HCC tumor tissue samples when compared with matched peritumor tissues (fold changeā„2 and p<0.05). As the detailed analysis of circRNA profiles in HCC, our study undoubtedly improved the comprehensiveness of HCC associated circRNA profiles.
