Clinical Bifidobacterium spp. isolates

Clinical characterization and whole genome sequencing of 15 blood culture isolates of Bifidobacterium spp.

Over a 2-year period, 15 blood culture isolates of Bifidobacterium spp. were recovered from patients (n=15) from 9 Norwegian hospital laboratories. The clinical outcomes of the patients and their antimicrobial treatments were registered.
