To study the mechanism of NEURL1B in regulating hepatocyte mitosis, we profiled the ribosome bounded mRNA of control and Neurl1b-inhibited repopulating hepatocytes by using TRAP-seq (translating ribosome affinity purification followed by high-throughput RNA sequencing)
Overall design: To inverstigate the effect of inhibiting Neurl1b on repopulating hepatocytes, we expressed FAH, GFP-L10a fusion protein and sgRNA agasint Neurl1b in Fah-/-;dCas9 hepatocytes, we then profiled ribosome bounding mRNAs by TRAP-seq (translating ribosome affinity purification followed by high-throughput RNA sequencing)
