To explore the genome-wide transcriptional landscape and methylation dynaimcs dictated by OsGADD45a2, we conducted RNA-seq analysis using Kitaake and osgadd45a2 mutant seedlings, and WGBS using Kitaake and OsGADD45a2 overexpression (OsGADD45a2OE) plants.
