More...In this study, PGPR and SMS were used to study the rhizosphere soil biochemical indexes, enzyme activities, oxidase activities and quality characteristics of ginseng plants under different treatment conditions. Through strain identification, antagonistic analysis and high-flux 16S r RNA sequencing, OTU clustering of samples, microbial changes in bacterial and fungal communities, and the correlation between environment and dominant bacteria genera were investigated to determine the improvement of ginseng rhizosphere soil by PGPR, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the development of new microbial inoculant products.
