More...We successfully assembled the A. toxicaria chromosome-level genome using high-fidelity (HiFi) reads and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) sequencing technologies. The final assembled genome contains haplotype A (HapA, 671.73 Mb) and haplotype B (HapB, 666.41 Mb), with contig N50 length of 90.17 Mb and 90.29 Mb, respectively.
