More...Nectarine russeting is a common physiological disease. Lignin deposition is the main cause of nectarine russeting. We used flat peach varieties ' HD ' and ' TH ' as experimental materials, among which ' HD ' was a non-rust control variety and ' TH ' was a rusty experimental variety. The experimental materials all grew under the same environmental conditions. We obtained RAW data by transcriptome sequencing, analyzed and screened the key genes regulating the formation of peach fruit rust, and explained the potential causes of peach fruit rust.
