Leveraging multiple technologies, including PacBio HiFi, ONT ultralong-read sequencing and Hi-C, our assembly surpasses previous genomes in contiguity and completeness, including 26 centromeric, and 52 telomeric regions, 5S rDNA clusters and nucleolar organizer regions (NORs).
