More...This study comprehensively described that zearalenone is a mycotoxin with estrogenic activity, which is commonly found in animal feed such as corn and wheat. Generally exists in the current feed the phenomenon of ZEA exceeds bid, cause animal food safety problems. Feed food safety is a very important part of the process of agricultural production, thus solving ZEA in feed pollution problems become the urgent matter. In this study we will head turok x landrace x 36 large white female weaning piglets were randomly divided into four groups, respectively in the basic diet adding different levels of ZEA, Take treatment early (1 d), medium (16 d) and processing (32 d) late three periods of feces samples as well as the middle and late serum samples bacterial 16 s rRNA gene amplification of sequencing, found some innovative findings. Feeding ZEA dramatically affects the weaned piglets serum biochemical indexes, piglets liver and kidney and bowel function by a certain degree of damage; With the extension of toxin exposure time, potentially pathogenic bacteria populations; Network diagram analysis found that with the increase of ZEA feeding time, flora interactions relations to enhance weakened trends. In addition, feeding ZEA significantly altered carbohydrate metabolism and vitamin and cofactor metabolism. To sum up, ZEA can significantly change the weaned piglets intestinal microbial community composition and cause the dysbacteriosis, functions and the intestinal morphology of gut microbes also have varying degrees of damage. In this study is helpful for our further understanding ZEA influence on weaning piglets intestinal flora, promote our in pig feed, the effect of different content ZEA for further screening function degradation strains seedling of contaminated food or feed processing or as probiotics to reduce ZEA poison to provide theoretical basis.
