Influenza A virus

Deep mutational scanning of influenza H3 HA

We performed deep mutational scanning of influenza H3 HA from strains A/HongKong/45/2019 and A/Perth/16/2009 to map mutations that escape neutralization by human serum. This analysis was conducted using sera from different age cohorts and geographic locations.
