In order to explore the role of EZH2 in the occurrence and development of sepsis in macrophages, we stimulated RAW264.7 cells with LPS to construct a sepsis cell model, and explored the binding site of EZH2 by co-immunoprecipitation combined with high-throughput sequencing.
